No volcano this time, we arrived without problems in Dublin friday in front of our hotel "Ferriman Inn" (the small red one in the middle) across the river Liffey.
On Saturday we were warmly received by our friends from the "Rathmines Chess Club".

Irish and Flemish - it fits. We decided that, from now on, we will call Rathmines our "Sister Club".
Kris, to his own surprise, best scorer for Opwijk in the "Team Event".
Of course, Dublin is a fantastic city to have a great time. But what struck us with awe was the beauty of the countryside. We haven't got anything like it over here. And we have only seen a small glimpse of it.
